Refund Policy

This Refund Policy describes the conditions for refunds of credits purchased on the ChatGPT API platform (chatgpt-api.dev).
1. General rule
1.1. All credit purchases are final and, as a general rule, non-refundable, since digital credits are delivered immediately upon payment confirmation.
2. When a refund may be granted
A refund may be considered at our discretion in the following cases:
- double charge for a single transaction due to a technical error;
- credits were not delivered within 24 hours of a confirmed payment;
- a confirmed technical fault on our side caused credits to be spent without corresponding API usage.
3. How to request a refund
3.1. Refund requests must be submitted via Telegram support within 72 hours of the transaction.
3.2. Include the transaction ID and a description of the issue to speed up review.
4. Refund processing
4.1. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method or as account credits.
4.2. For crypto payments, refunds are issued in the same currency; exchange-rate differences and network fees are not compensated.
5. Partially used packs
5.1. No refunds are given for partially used credit packs.
5.2. Unused credits are non-refundable upon voluntary account deletion.
